About the Role
Trading Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in international trade and customs operations to join our logistics and operations team. We are looking for organized, disciplined individuals with strong knowledge of customs processes and administrative procedures. This role requires technical-operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a high level of customer support. It is ideal for candidates with experience in customs documentation, import/export workflows, and administrative coordination.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Download and process invoices
- Send documentation for internal or external review
- Manage interbank payments
- Recover missing or pending invoices
- Perform expense account reconciliation and closing
- Assemble complete documentation packages for submission to the billing team
Basic Qualifications
- Completed bachelor’s degree
- Schedule availability
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of foreign trade/import-export processes
- 0–1 year of experience in administrative roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of import cargo pre-clearance processes, demurrage cut-offs, and empty container handling
- Prior experience in customs operations is preferred
- Valid driver's license
