We’re now looking to add an Executive Operations professional who can turn this vision into action, ensuring efficient ground transportation operations and a limitless logistics experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and coordinate loading and unloading in line with operational and customer requirements.

• Communicate operational status promptly and efficiently to suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Track adherence to schedules, transit times, and deliveries.

• Manage all ground-transport documentation, ensuring proper receipt, filing, and traceability.

• Anticipate and resolve operational contingencies to ensure service continuity.

• Monitor operational performance indicators and propose improvement actions.

• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and service policies.

• Maintain constant communication with logistics, traffic/dispatch, customer service, and billing to ensure a reliable, up-to-date information flow.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least four (4) years of experience in ground logistics operations, transportation coordination, and supplier relations.

• Experience scheduling and controlling loading and unloading activities.

• Hands-on tracking of ground transportation operations.

• Transport document management (manifests, delivery notes, waybills, etc.).

• Effective communication with internal and external clients.

• Knowledge of transportation regulations and road safety standards.

• Proficiency with office tools and logistics management systems.

• Real-time problem solving and decision-making.

• Proactive mindset and anticipation in the face of operational challenges.

• Strong attention to detail and meticulous work.

• Practical judgment and operational sense to manage a dynamic environment.
